Since 2022, The Possible Class has been the exclusive partner of Arkki in Singapore, a global creative programme that is first of its kind in the region to use architecture and design as a medium to advance learners’ critical thinking, creativity and application of academic knowledge.

Sim Shoo Shyuan

Shoo Shyuan is a seasoned, regional media professional who held several leadership roles before founding The Possible Class and Arkki Singapore. Starting her career as a Quantity Surveyor, she later transitioned into media and advertising, most recently serving as the APAC Head of Media Sales at Bloomberg L.P. Shoo Shyuan advocates for a bottom-up approach in education to foster creative confidence and a sustainability mindset in youth. She is also a certified Performance Leadership Coach.

Boon Hiong is known for his creativity in seeking solutions to challenges and advocates for problem-solving resilience in youths. He plays a behind-the-scenes role at The Possible Class, advising on operations matters, ensuring the smooth running of the organisation. With a strong technical background and experience in running his own LED lighting company, his contributions are instrumental in supporting the organization's mission and goals.

A seasoned regional executive, Ting-Ting began her career as an architect with Zaha Hadid Architects before transitioning into global sourcing and business development roles at fashion retail conglomerate Li & Fung and tech startup Easy PNP. Currently the CEO at the Singapore Fashion Council, Ting-Ting brings innovation to the design sector and continues to contribute to creative education for youth and professionals.

Our trusted logistics choreographer who keeps things running seamlessly at The Possible Class. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration Honours Degree in the National University of Singapore, Min Shao has a knack for tackling challenges with creative solutions. With experience in planning and supporting events from start to finish, Min Shao thrives behind the scenes, working with partners to ensure everything comes together smoothly when it’s call-time at The Possible Class.

Tirza is a registered architect and comes with more than five years of experience as a project architect. She enjoys interacting with children and has experience teaching children in different settings – from one-on-one tutoring to group management of young children. As a mother and an architect, Tirza loves that architecture is now being used as a tool to teach and encourage creative thinking.

Dhanen is a T-skilled designer with more than two decades of cross-functional work experience, including landscape designing and teaching at institutes of higher learning. An enthusiast in urban agriculture and green design, Dhanen is a proponent of the circular economy. He is eager to exchange his professional philosophy, creative insights and design mastery with the community, and together explore the wonders of our natural and built environment.

Xin Yan enjoys blending critical thinking, leadership, and innovative problem-solving into his coaching approach. Formerly a Design Innovator at Design Innovation Singapore, Xin Yan comes with a wealth of experience in facilitating creative solutioning sessions with corporations and schools. Beyond the design realm, Xin Yan is a sports enthusiast who finds joy in marathons and badminton games.

Li Hiang is an interior design professional who recently turned her ideals and skillsets into educational tools as Arkki’s design and creative coach. Li Hiang has more than 5 years of design experience, specialising in hospitality, commercial and residential projects. She is passionate about bringing ideas to life and looks forward to inspiring children and adults to do the same. Other than design, Li Hiang enjoys being surrounded by her plants and pets, and…a game of volleyball!

This passion has recently expanded to tattoo art. Xen's skills in design and creative directions will promise to enrich the learning experience of students and adults.

Nurul has close to a decade of experience as a Senior Architect formerly with the Singapore Housing and Development Board. She loves interacting with children, and is constantly inspired by the inquisitive minds of her two lovely children and pupils. Nurul believes that learning about architecture can empower children to think creatively and inspire them to create the best living environment for themselves.

Farhan majors in Environmental Design and advocates the establishment of harmony between architecture and the landscape. His passion in exploring sensible, people-oriented and practical spaces and designs has led him to diverse project participation including the Chambok Eco-Village project and the Challenge for the Urban and Built Environment (CUBE). Farhan advocates an open mind when designing and enjoys exploring forms and subjects to their maximum potential.
